Ordered a leather bag online as a gift. It was supposed to be personalized but arrived with noengraving. . Due to time constraints, I chose not to return the bag. I called A&M and explained my dilemma to the owner, Mike. He said he had some options on how to resolve. I drove straight to his workshop and Mike, his wife and daughter all chipped in to provide a solution of adding an engraved leather patch with a custom design. Then the best part was they offered to provide the personalization while I waited. The bag looked fabulous!! Their caring service was impressive and exceeded all expectations. I will definitely use this family owned business again when i need a personalized gift. They offer so many products and clever ideas for unique personalizations!
